A very elegant women California Girl by Dorothy Samuel floral dress. The cross over neck line leads is edged in white piping, then the mid-section is an almost peplum style secured by three buttons. The skirt is full and falls at a midi length and the sleeves are puffed landing at a flattering 1/4 length. The fabric is a thick cotton.
