Rare black 70's Dress with full loose cap sleeves with small shoulder pads. The neon colors of the flowers set on the black fabric, is an unusual mix, and they are still as vibrant as if it were made yesterday. It has a darted chest, with a zipped back, and a maxi length in an long A-line style. Its is not lined but the fabric is not sheer. Its would be the perfect elegant kaftan or sun dress.
