This dress is so elegant and chic. The band collar ties up into a bow, and the shoulder ruffle falls into a flattering "V". The fabric is Georgette and so its light and wrinkle free, it is also fairly sheer so you might wish to wear a slip underneath. This is a Diane Freis Dress, so you will literally never see anyone else wearing this - Diane Freis often made as few as 10 or less of each design. Perfect for summer or winter - this would look great with pumps or for the colder seasons tights and boots. It was also meant to be "one size" so fits a large range of sizes, super flattering and also very bump friendly.

These are the tightest measurement of the fabric, and so to ensure a great fit we would approximate this size slightly lower than these measurements above so we would suggest as a US 0-12 as the style is made to be worn a bit loose, it can be worn on a larger size but the arm holes are smaller and thats our suggestion due to the style and shoulder size etc.
