This Vintage 90's statement shawl collar and satin bow, is absolutely charming. The shirt itself has darts, which give it a more fitted shape. The material is 62% Polyester and 38% Nylon, and has a slight sheen to it, which makes the rich colors on this Victor Costa blouse seem even more opulent. The sleeves have a rouched effect, which gives the arm more of a 3/4 length. This would look amazing so many ways, but we would style this with tucked in with black high waisted jeans for a really modern look.
